Pocketwatch Sauvignon Blanc continues the Oatley family history of fine craftmanship, Our winemakers have blended a number of parcels of nightharvested grapes from vineyards across South-Western Australia and fermented the wine with cultured yeasts in stainless steel tanks, to create an appealing fresh, fruit-driven dry white wine. Displaying Sauvignon Blanc's hallmark pale appearance, zesty tropical fruits and just a hint of grassy, herbal notes, this wine has a lovely mouthfeel and terrific length of flavour.
